Our surrogacy and adoption team will assist you with the legal applications for adopting a child or having a child using a surrogate. We can advise if a domestic adoption order is required following an international adoption, and in respect of an application for recognition of foreign adoption orders. We work collaboratively with our immigration team so that they can advise on the implications of an adoption order.
